This official application from Instagram can create photo collages in a matter of seconds. It doesn't need an Instagram account to use. Instead, it uses the photos in the device's photo album. They are displayed on the bottom of the screen.

All users have to do is select the pictures they want to turn into a collage. After that, they are given multiple layouts to choose from. Fine tuning the collage is done before the project is finalized. Users can flip, move, and mirror images to better suit the overall design.
